About Me
At a young age Nadiyah discovered her love of performing through various primary school productions and her time as a member of the Freddie Hendrick’s Youth Ensemble of Atlanta (YEA). Nadiyah honed her craft as an actor while studying Theatre at Gordon College, Columbus State University and Clayton State University. While in college she also became involved in community theatre where she landed her dream role as Effie White in DREAMGIRLS. Post-college, Nadiyah returned to Atlanta where she secured her first film/television credit with “Crazy Sexy Cool: The TLC Story” which gained her SAG eligibility. Through hard work and persistence, Nadiyah booked several acting opportunities as an unrepresented talent.
When the world stopped in 2020, Nadiyah found a new way to connect with broader audiences and share her love of acting, comedy and story telling through content creation on platforms like Instagram and TikTok ( nearly 84k followers /2.5M likes). After returning to our “new normal” and with the resurgence of live theatre, Nadiyah found herself back on the stage starring in shows such as All Together now (Landmark Musical Theatre), Once on This Island (Plethos Productions), and Elf the Musical (Hillbarn Theatre & Conservatory).
With a new year comes new beginnings. At in late 2021, Nadiyah relocated to California to pursue theatrical and commercial opportunities.
